Maple Grove grew quickly from the 1980s onward. Today it is one of the largest suburbs in the metro, and much of its housing is newer than in the inner-ring suburbs. Many homes have open-concept main floors, large kitchens with islands, two or more full bathrooms upstairs and a finished lower level.
Newer homes are easier in some ways, with fewer nooks and less old trim. But they have more square footage, more bathrooms and more hard flooring to cover. That's why our pricing is based on bedrooms and bathrooms. Each bathroom adds $30 to the bedroom base price, including the first, and half baths count as one. Whether you're buying a resale home or moving into a townhome, starting with a clean, empty house makes unpacking easier. Our Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning is designed for an empty home. It adds about two hours to a standard clean for kitchens, bathrooms, empty bedrooms and living areas. Fridge, oven and cabinet interiors are separate extras. Select them when booking if you want the inside of everything wiped out before your dishes go in.

Lower levels in Maple Grove homes are often finished as a family room, theater room or play space. The $49 Finished Basement add-on takes care of that rec space, the staircase and the floors down there. A basement bedroom or bath is simply part of your normal count, while unfinished storage and the garage are left out.
From November through March, salt, slush and sand come in on boots and paws. Standard Cleaning covers vacuuming and washing floors in kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, hallways and stairs, which keeps that winter grit from spreading. If your mudroom or entry needs extra attention, note it in Special Instructions when you book.

Book a repeating visit and only the first one is full price. From then on it's 20% less for weekly, 15% less every two weeks or 10% less every four weeks, applied to the cleaning and any extras before tax. You aren't locked in, and the same cleaner comes back whenever we can manage it.
Standard Cleaning starts at $169 before sales tax for one bedroom and one bathroom. A four-bedroom, two-bathroom home is $269 for Standard Cleaning. Add $79 for Deep Cleaning or $119 for Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning. The booking form shows your exact total.

For recurring customers, we assign the same cleaner whenever possible.
Sign in to your customer account and open your upcoming booking. You can reschedule or cancel free with at least 24 hours' notice. Inside 24 hours, a $50 fee applies. A $50 lockout fee also applies if our cleaner arrives and cannot get in.
