The same three home cleaning levels are available in every city we serve. Each one starts from your home size and bathroom count, and the booking form shows the total before you confirm.

• Standard Cleaning from $169 before sales tax. Our room-by-room clean for kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas. It's the right fit for recurring visits.
• Deep Cleaning from $248 before sales tax. Adds about an hour for buildup and detail work. A good first clean, or a seasonal reset.
• Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning from $288 before sales tax. Adds about two hours for an empty home before you move in or after you move out.
• Commercial & Office Cleaning is quoted per job for offices, storefronts and shared spaces.
• Airbnb & Short-Term Rental Cleaning is turnover cleaning between guests for hosts and property managers, quoted per property.
• Post-Construction Cleaning is a final clean after a remodel, addition or new build, quoted per job.

Recurring Cleaning Anywhere in the Metro

Most of our customers keep their home on a schedule. Your first clean is full price. From your second clean, you save 20% on weekly service, 15% every two weeks, or 10% every four weeks. There's no contract, and you can change, pause or stop with at least 24 hours' notice. We assign the same cleaner to recurring customers whenever possible.

What to Expect on Cleaning Day

• Supplies included. Cleaners bring all supplies and equipment.
• One or two cleaners. Usually one cleaner attends. Larger homes and move-outs may have two.
• You don't need to be home. Leave entry, parking or building instructions in Special Instructions when you book.
• Text reminders before we arrive.
• Vetted cleaners. Every cleaner is background-checked, and we're bonded and insured.
• Re-clean guarantee. Missed an area? Tell us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the missed areas free.
