What a Turnover Clean Covers

A turnover follows the same room-by-room checklist as our Standard Cleaning, focused on getting the space guest-ready:

• Bedrooms: beds made with the clean linens you leave at the property, surfaces and lamps dusted, mirrors cleaned, floors vacuumed or washed (including accessible areas under beds), trash emptied
• Bathrooms: tubs, showers and tile scrubbed and disinfected, toilets disinfected inside and out, chrome fixtures shined, counters, sinks and mirrors cleaned, towels neatly arranged, floors washed
• Kitchen: counters, backsplash and sink disinfected, appliance exteriors and the microwave cleaned inside and out, tables and chairs wiped, dishes within the normal scope handled, floors vacuumed or washed
• Living areas: furniture, ceiling fans and lamps dusted, upholstered furniture vacuumed, cushions and pillows arranged, floors and stairs cleaned
• Throughout: fingerprints removed from accessible woodwork, doorframes and switch plates, and all trash taken out

• Tell us your checkout and check-in times when you request a turnover, so the clean fits between guests.
• Book ahead. Online bookings need at least 12 hours' notice, subject to availability. For a last-minute turnover, text (763) 230-8070 and we will let you know what we can do.
• No need to be there. Leave the lockbox or smart-lock code, parking notes and any building access details in Special Instructions.
• Your checklist, your standards. If you stage the home a certain way, restock supplies you leave on site, or want specific photos of the finished space, describe it in Special Instructions and we will confirm the scope before the first clean.
