Wayzata sits on the water. Its name comes from a Dakota word for "north" or "north shore," and the town grew around the Great Northern depot built in 1906 and the shops along Lake Street. Pay full price for your first clean. Starting with the second, weekly service is 20% off, every two weeks is 15% off, and every four weeks is 10% off, including selected extras. There's no contract; change or pause with 24 hours' notice. We try to send the same cleaner each time.
Standard Cleaning starts at $169 before sales tax for one bedroom and one bathroom. A five-bedroom, three-bathroom home is $309 Standard or $388 Deep. The booking form shows your total before you confirm.
Yes. Inside Windows is a $40 extra. We clean the inside of the glass but not exterior windows.
No. There is no travel fee anywhere within about 25 miles of downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul, and Wayzata is inside that area.
Yes. Book a one-time Standard or Deep clean whenever you need it, or set up recurring visits and pause with 24 hours' notice.
