Spacious Homes on Wooded Lots

Mendota Heights grew mostly from the 1950s through the 1980s, with a lot of custom-built homes on large, wooded lots, plus newer homes and townhomes in later developments. Streets wind around ravines, ponds and golf courses, and many houses have a formal living room, a family room, a finished lower level and a garage entry that sees most of the traffic.

Homes this size often have more bedrooms than everyday living needs, so booking accurately matters. Count every bedroom and bathroom, including guest rooms and lower-level baths, since the bedroom and bathroom count sets the price. A six-bedroom, three-bathroom home is $329 for Standard Cleaning before sales tax. For larger homes, two cleaners may be sent.

Mendota Heights Areas and Nearby Cities

• Rogers Lake and the Mendota Plaza area: townhomes, condos and single-family homes near shopping
• Near Visitation and St. Thomas Academy: family neighborhoods close to the two schools

Closer to downtown? See our St. Paul page. Heading south, our Eagan page covers that city, and West St. Paul and Inver Grove Heights are on Areas We Serve.

Private Drives, Gates and Long Driveways

On larger lots and in Sunfish Lake especially, it helps to tell your cleaner exactly how to arrive. In Special Instructions, include any gate code, which garage door to use, where to park, and whether there's a dog or alarm system. You don't need to be home. A text and email reminder goes out before each visit so you know we are coming.

Seasonal Deep Cleans and Hosting

Large homes collect dust in rooms that don't get daily use: guest suites, formal dining rooms and lower-level bars. Deep Cleaning adds about an hour of detail work and is a good first visit or a pre-holiday reset. Popular extras here include Inside Windows ($40), Inside the Oven ($25) and Inside the Fridge ($30).
