Country Lots and New Neighborhoods

For decades Lake Elmo grew slowly, with homes on large lots, horse properties and clustered "open space" neighborhoods surrounded by preserved fields and woods. Since the 2010s, new neighborhoods have been added, mostly south of 10th Street toward I-94, with newer two-stories, villas and townhomes.

Those two kinds of homes need different things:

• Large-lot and acreage homes tend to be spacious, with several bathrooms, a walkout and long driveways. Leave clear arrival notes in Special Instructions: which drive to use, where to park, and any gate or garage code.
• New construction near I-94 often needs a first clean to remove construction dust. Post-Construction Cleaning is quoted per job. Once that dust is gone, Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning gets an empty home ready for move-in day.

Lake Elmo Areas We Serve

• The Old Village: the historic center along Lake Elmo Avenue, with older homes and newer infill
• Lake Elmo Park Reserve area: homes near the regional park's trails and swim pond
• Lake Jane, Lake Elmo and Sunfish Lake Park: lake and wooded neighborhoods across the city
• Open-space and large-lot neighborhoods: clustered homes and acreages in the north and west
• South Lake Elmo near I-94 and Inwood Avenue: newer developments close to Woodbury and Oakdale

Lake Elmo borders Woodbury, which has its own page. We also clean in Oakdale, Stillwater, White Bear Lake, Afton and Mahtomedi. See Areas We Serve for every city we cover.

Pricing for Bigger Homes

Our prices follow your bedroom and bathroom count. A four-bedroom, three-bathroom home is $299 for Standard Cleaning, and a finished walkout adds $49, before sales tax. Homes with more than three bathrooms just select the full count in the booking form. If your home is large, two cleaners may be sent.

Fall and spring bring field dust, leaves and mud to country homes. A Deep Cleaning at the change of season adds about an hour for buildup, baseboards and detail work.
