The prices below come straight from our Cleaning Prices table, before sales tax. Each bathroom adds $30 to the bedroom base price, and a half bath counts as one.

Getting In Without Being Home

Most apartment and condo cleanings happen while you're at work. When you book, put what we'll need in Special Instructions:

• The building entry code, buzzer name or key fob arrangement
• Where to park or where to find a guest permit
• Whether there's a doorman, front desk or package room
• The unit door code, lockbox, or where a key is kept
• Pets in the unit, and anything you'd like us to avoid

Some buildings have rules about service workers, elevator reservations or move-out times. Check with your building manager, and let us know when you book.

Which Cleaning to Choose

Standard Cleaning is for regular upkeep: kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas. See the Standard Cleaning page for the room-by-room checklist.

Deep Cleaning adds about an hour for buildup and detail work. It suits a first-time clean or a unit that hasn't been touched in a while. See Deep Cleaning.

Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning is for an empty unit and adds about two hours. Refrigerator, oven and cabinet interiors are separate extras (Inside the Fridge $30, Inside the Oven $25, Inside Cabinets $25), which most move-outs add. See Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning. Your lease or building rules decide what you must do before you hand back the keys, so read them before you schedule.

The first clean is full price. After that, weekly visits are 20% off, every two weeks 15% off, and every four weeks 10% off. No contract; change your schedule with 24 hours' notice. We try to send the same cleaner each time.
